Meet Cynthia Bou Khalil, one of the founders of Healthylicious and the driving force behind our nutrition philosophy. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from McGill University, Montreal, and brings over 15 years of expertise from Canada and the Middle East. She has taught at leading universities such as USEK, NDU, and the University of Sharjah, and has shared her passion for nutrition through a weekly radio show and appearances on Dubai TV, MBC, Fatafeat, and Sky News. Cynthia specializes in tailoring nutrition strategies for diverse needs, including weight management, muscle gain, diabetes, and metabolic health. Her approach is simple yet powerful: teach people how to eat smart, prevent disease, and improve their relationship with food — without falling into the trap of restrictive diets or fad trends.
